DJ Marfox curated by Príncipe

Portuguese DJ Marfox is a true urban legend, hailing from the suburbs and the Lisbon ghetto. He was one of the founding figures of the Príncipe label and continues to be one of its most brilliant ambassadors. His unique vision of baroque techno, rhythmically expansive and infused with elements of garage, bass, and beats, has captivated both audiences and critics. His work can be found on labels such as Boomkat, Enchufada, Lit City Trax, and Warp Records.

With roots in São Tomé and Príncipe, Marfox continues to perform worldwide and is in demand for remixes of artists including tUnE-yArDs, Capicua, Panda Bear, Elza Soares, Fever Ray, among others. He was also one of the invited composers for the RTP Song Festival in 2022, contributing to the finalist track "DÉGRÁ.DÊ" performed by Pongo and Tristany.
