An interdisciplinary musical project created in 2016 in an old bank branch strongbox in the parish of São Vicente de Fora in Lisbon. Formed by three elements in normal physical and psychic conditions for the performance of their functions and a rhythm box. Their records include an eponymous EP (2017) and "desconseguiste?" (2018). When asked, the authors describe themselves as follows: "Starting from the appropriation of the exercises of meta-criticism and the key phrases in Helvetica planted on the walls at the entrance of exhibition venues, Llama Virgem unfolds in a set of melodies and lyrics the metonymic figure of post-truth, post-colonial, post-gender and a huge queue of cars during the rush hour on Avenida da República" (VIRGEM, Llama: 2017).
