Júlio Lopes, aka Julinho KSD, was born in Portugal, has Cape Verdean ancestry and familial connections to France, which may partially explain the variety of his lexicon and the characteristic versatility of his music. Since 2017, the rapper has also been part of the Instinto26 collective, closely linked to the Sintra line. He became known with "Sentimento Safari" (2019), the first of several of his songs to reach triple platinum. His first solo album is expected to be released later this year.
