EU.CLIDES was born in Cape Verde and grew up in Portugal. From an early age he created a connection with the guitar by watching his father play and sing. At the age of eight he joined the Aveiro Music Conservatory, where he began his studies in classical guitar. He accumulated experience and expanded his horizons as a musician through travel and participation in other artists' tours. In 2020 he released the first single from his solo project with the title "Terra-Mãe", a tribute to freedom in times of pandemic. The singles "Ira Para Quê?" and "Tempo Torto" followed, the latter in collaboration with Branko. He performed the song "VOLTE-FACE" at the 2021 RTP Song Festival. In 2021 he released his first EP, "Reservado".
